GoldMind is not a medical device, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, counseling, or any other form of professional health care.

The content and tools in GoldMind are not a substitute for advice, evaluation, or treatment by a licensed physician, psychologist, psychiatrist, therapist, counselor, athletic trainer, or other qualified health professional.
3. No Therapist-Client or Doctor-Patient Relationship
Using GoldMind does not create a therapist-client, doctor-patient, or other professional health-care relationship between you and GoldMind, its team, or any contributor to the App's content.
