This Privacy Policy describes how GoldMind ("GoldMind," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the GoldMind mobile and web application (the "App"). By using GoldMind, you agree to the practices described here.

- Sport and athlete profile information
- Age or age-confirmation information
Wellness and reflection inputs
- Readiness check-ins, including mood, energy, sleep, stress, and check-in notes

- Gratitude entries
Training and performance data
- Lesson progress, completed lessons, saved reflections, and streaks
- Game-day plans, controllables, cues, and post-game reflections
- Progress history and performance patterns inside the App
App state
- Settings, onboarding status, walkthrough status, and app preferences
AI-generated content
- Insights, summaries, and recommendations generated by Lovable AI (or similar providers) from the information above
Technical data
- Device information, app usage and analytics, crash logs, and IP address
Payment and subscription data (current and future)
- Subscription plan and status
- Purchase history, transaction identifiers, renewal and cancellation status
- Billing-provider identifiers
- Limited billing details provided by Apple, Google, Stripe, or another payment processor
GoldMind does not collect or store full credit card numbers, debit card numbers, or CVV/security codes. Payments are processed by Apple, Google, Stripe, or another payment processor under their own privacy and security practices.
Sensitive content notice
Journal entries, check-ins, and reflections may include personal or sensitive information about your mental and emotional state. Please share only what you are comfortable storing in the App.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Provide and operate the App and your account
- Personalize mental performance content, lessons, and recommendations
- Track your progress, streaks, and performance patterns
- Improve the App, fix bugs, and develop new features
- Communicate with you about your account, updates, and support
- Process subscriptions and prevent fraud or abuse

4. We Do Not Sell Your Personal Data
GoldMind does not sell your personal information to third parties.
5. How We Share Information
We share information only as needed to run the App:
- Service providers — hosting and database, authentication, AI providers, analytics, crash reporting, and payment processors, all acting on our behalf
- Legal requests — when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy

6. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the App. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us.

GoldMind is intended for users who meet the minimum age stated at signup and is not directed to children under 13. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it.
10. International Users
GoldMind is operated from the United States. If you use the App from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries with different data protection laws.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated through the App.
